"The Christians met on the way many people who were going to their towns, women and men, with a firebrand in the hand, and certain weeds whose smoke they inhale which are dry weeds stuffed into a certain dry leaf in the form of a muset made of paper, like the ones the children make on the day of the Holy Ghost; and burning a part of it, from the other part they suck or absorb or admit the smoke with breathing." -Christopher Columbus, from his Navigation diary

He sounded pretty desperate to unload them. How good could they be?

Hey, ya never know.  He might still be interested in dealing them.  It never hurts to try.

Anthony

Nah, I wasn't "desperate" to unload them. LOL.

They are, however, long gone -- some smoked, some traded away.

I am still looking for some of the LGC Candela though.

Would you recomend the super fuertes as a cheap daily smoke?

Bob Cordell

I love them, I always keep several in my humidor. They are a bit on the strong-full flavor side. I just bid on two 5 packs before I logged in here as a matter of fact.

They really need a couple of weeks in the humi though, they seem to be a bit damp when I get them. I guess they sell a ton of them on C-Bid so its hard to keep them just right.

I like the toro size much better though.
