About a month or so ago, I took my little five-stick Herf-a-dor up to the bar with me, loaded with some pretty decent sticks (yes, Bruce, I do have some of those), a brand new cutter, and a JetLite. Well, it didn't make it home with me. I looked through my gig bags and gear, cleaned out the Jeep, etc, in search of it. I'd finally accepted the fact that it was history, thinking I'd left it on a table or the bar and someone had made off with it. Last night we played up there for the first time in 3 weeks. Lo and behold, it was sitting right where I'd left it, on top of the unused Bud lighted sign behind where I set up my keys and the PA rack. Three bands and two Karaoke jocks had set up in the same area since our last gig up there. With the house lights on, it was in plain view. I opened it, and everything was still in it. Nice little Father's Day present...

That's awesome, David!

After our last move, I was missing a few expensive pipes and my Peterson leather pouch. I looked everywhere and finally decided they were gone forever. Lo and behold, we were cleaning out some boxes of clothes from the attic to throw out/ take to Goodwill and there, mixed in among some T-Shirts, were my missing items, neatly stored in a zip-lock freezer bag!

That is some darn fine luck you have there Dave! I have been saving up my good luck lately... Hopefully a payout is in my near future.
