I JUST got home from a local cigar shop that posted a notice that he had gotten in the Holiday Blend, the Candy Cane, Friends and Family, and the Stuffed Turkeys. I was there 2 hours after the FB post (which I responded to, saying I was on my way in--a half hour drive, BTW) and all that remained was half a box of the regular Holiday Blend sticks. Sitting on the back shelf were all of the sticks he claimed he had, separated into bags with peoples' names on them.
What an ass. He could have mentioned they were all "spoken for" already on his post. And besides that, between all of my posts on his FB page and visits to the store specifically to pick up brand new releases, you'd think he might mention this reservation system to me. This isn't the first time he's posted something on FB that was mysteriously not available within the time it took for me to make it to the store. It's just bad customer service to waste my time like that and never mention to me once that I could reserve sticks. He waited until I finally asked him, "What am I doing wrong" to finally tell me that I could send him a message on FB to hold cigars for me. I'll tell you what I was doing wrong...
