My local B & M sent me this AND he called me today about some overstock. He likes that I give him good reviews here. SO !!! He said he has 20 left from the event that he will offer US first shot at them. ALL and I mean ALL the proceeds go to charity.

Read the following for details......

TOAST ACROSS AMERICA
Thanks to all that took the time to participate in this outstanding charitable event. A number the 2008 Toast Across America Commemorative Cigar packs remain. The pack includes one unreleased FuenteFuente Opus X and one unreleased Diamond Crown Maximus. The pack sells for $50 and all proceeds will go to the CIGAR FAMILY CHARITABLE FOUNDATION (http://www.cigarfamilycharitablefoundation.org/). Pick up a pack now and help the Dominican children.

I'm Happy... Are you?

If I remember correctly they are both Churchills 7x50.

7 x 50

Remember, these are unreleased. They were for the Promo only, and the box is dated. I forgot... they come in a commemorative box.

Call 817-358-8862.

Ask for Mike Peacock or Jason and TELL THEM YOU ARE A CIGAR GEEK.

I recieved one from Paul last week, they are really cool. I like the idea that these are sizes rolled only for these charity boxes. The outside of the boxes say that the Opus is a forbidden X (actually it says Fibidden X   ) but the best I can tell they are Opus X's. Dont the Forbidden X's have black labels?

I'm looking at my box, and it says 2008    -  Cigar Family Charitable Foundation  -   and has the foundation logo.

The bands....
The Opus has a band that looks like a regular opus band, and has a band directly underneath that says Cigar Family Dominican Republic and a footer band that says Toast Across america 2008

The Crown Maximus has the same second band except it's black and the footer is, too.

I think these are a good deal and a great collector's item.  2 very fine smokes.  I picked up one for myself.
