So I was able to track down some boxes of what seems to be a cigar thats smoking fantastic right now.  It's no longer in production and therefore there are limited quantities available.

Thats less than a $5 a stick (when purchasing a box) for a 95 rated cigar that according to halfwheel has improved with age since they were first introduced.
