I received my first demand from the FDA today that will be my required monthly reporting of tobacco products removed from inventory. The new form (FDA 3852) will enable the FDA to assess my share of the User Fees they will now be collecting in addition to other fees already being paid, like state and federal excise taxes. It looks like the ultimate goal by 2019 is to collect around 712 million dollars per year from the sale of the following products to finance their overreaching legislation and enforcement thereof......

 

• Cigarettes.  
• Cigars, including small cigars and cigars other than small cigars.  
• Snuff.  
• Chewing tobacco.  
• Pipe tobacco.  
• Roll-your-own tobacco.
