Perhaps this?

"Rocky Patel Vintage 2003 Juniors Cameroon Cigarillo (4" x 38) is a little cigar packed with the same level of quality tobacco as their bigger Rocky Patel cigar counterparts. The fillers consist of 8-year-aged Dominican and Nicaraguan tobacco which are cradled in a zesty Nicaraguan binder all encased in a beautiful Cameroon wrapper"

When I can't figure out what a cigar is when I'm trying to add it to my virtual humidor I call it ash, then I don't have to figure it out any more.
