The Cigar: Stallone Zaino Broadleaf Toro

The Specs:
Wrapper: USA Broadleaf
Binder: Nicaraguan
Filler: Nicaraguan
Country of Origin: Nicaragua
Strength: Full
Size: 6" x 52

Shipping: US addresses only

Due Date: December 26, 2021

The Hype:
First, Stallone is neither owned nor endorsed by Sylvester Stallone. Second, the company isn't new.

Tony Barrios, a cutting horse competitor, founded the company in 2014, though its cigars didn't enter the U.S. market until August 2020. While there are many companies that use horses for various parts of their branding, few cigar companies have leaned into the theme quite like Stallone. It has six different blends sold under the Cowboy Series name, each of which features Stallone's horse-themed logo and the name of each cigar can be identified by the color of the cigar wrapper resembling the horse's color in Spanish. Zaino refers to the dark-colored brown Broadleaf wrapper found on the cigar.

The Reviewers:

This review will be due by December 26, so please take into account your holiday schedule and only volunteer if you are prepared to turn it in on time. If you are interested, please indicate so in the forum below and Chuck will make the final selection.

Hey! How come Habana is written on here with a Sharpie ?!?

A day without whiskey is like . . . just kidding, I have no idea!

I'll volunteer if you'll have me. Always up for a new smoke.
I am not concerned about what you think as I can tell you don't do it often.

I used to be a people person, but then people ruined that for me.
