CIGARSATYOURPRICE.COM is designed to allow you to enter a price that you would be willing to pay for a product. If the price entered is reasonable we will accept your offer on the spot, no waiting, you get an immediate response. CIGARSATYOURPRICE.COM has been created to provide our customers with great products at great prices. On top of that we guarantee the best customer service in the industry. Here are some accolades from previous customers:

Once again you have exceeded my expectations for customer service! Often, I am told that I will be "gotten back to" by other companies after they "look into it" only to be brushed off later after they've forgotten about my request. But you have delivered as promised, and I really appreciate it! Rest assured that I refer everyone I know that is shopping for non-Cuban cigars to your website, in person and on the cigar forums... Your prices are usually the best to be found, shipping is prompt and secure, and your customer service is top-notch! Keep up the excellent work!

There are many reasons that I ONLY buy cigars from you guys... trust, service, customer appreciation and value are only a few. Thanks again!!!

I see two things here....shipping is an issue if I want to put in a price what MSRP are you going to use...one that you set or one I can find from another vendor where it would beat your sticker price?  Secondly, the shipping rate is more than most vendors...this could be negated if your sticker price beats everybody else then the shipping price can be absorbed by the better pricing.  Do you sell 5 paks and if so isn't the shipping a bit high for 5 paks?  Guess you know by now that "shipping" is something that most consumers are going to balk at unless  cigar pricing is really really good.

sounds like a "new way" to order cigars from Nice Ash! :lmao:

You know, I wouldn't mind that at all.  I've done business with Nice Ash and have had no problems, so if they are indeed affiliated, I would feel better about opening an account.

Yes we are affiliated. Premium Cigar Services is our corporate name. The MSRP is based on what the manufacturers want the product to be advertised at without any discounts. The pricing on the products is so good that I do not think the shipping rates should matter in the end.

They are encouraging buying in bulk.  $200 or more ships free.  Buying a few boxes, you might save quite a bit.

According to their website, shipping for orders under $200 is a flat $7.95, and orders under $50 can be cancelled by them.  That's a curious and interesting policy...don't think I've seen that before.

It also states:  "Please be prepared that many high profile, hard to get items may be put on backorder if purchased. If only a portion of your order is in stock, that portion will be shipped and charged as long as it amounts to $50 or more. We reserve the right to cancel any backorders that are under $50. You will be contacted about any portion of your order that was not shipped."

So if I place a $210 order, and they only fill $160 of it, do I pay shipping (my order is more than $200)?

In any event, best of luck on your new venture!

If the order is over $200.00 and part of the order is backordered or canceled, we will not charge you shipping.

Interesting concept, much like "make an offer" option other sites have.

I put some prices in on MMAO a couple times at prices ranging between cbid and TodaysDOD - and never got anything. Does that mean I'm cheap, or is it just another lottery?

Armin  - This site works the same way but gives you an immediate response.  You just keep entering numbers until it says approved.  Nathan and I experimented with it a little this afternoon and PM'd back and forth on our findings, and we got some really good prices on things they say were in stock.  A few bids were not accepted until they were higher than what I can purchase somewhere else, and few bids were accepted at such ridiculously low prices on cigars they say are out-of-stock (and I suspect you will never get these filled).  An example of the latter:  My bid of $23 for a 5 pack of Camacho Liberty 2009 was accepted at $23!! (but its out-of-stock, and how on earth will they ever fulfill a backorder at that price?)      I didn't even bother finishing that sale.

The one that was accepted and that I have a confirmed order on was $51 for a 5 pack of Camacho Liberty 2010 which they list as 'in stock'.  With the special Geek deal of $5 off and free S+H, its $46.  Now that's quite a deal (if I get it it and it is billed properly).  I will report back . . . tracking says it is to be here Monday.  I called their phone number to confirm, and the gentlemen that actually posted here was on the other end, and he told me everything was a go.  :dancing:

So are you saying that for the same product $23 was accepted but out of stock, but $43 was also excepted but in stock??

No, the 2009s were incredibly cheap ($23) but out of stock, but the 2010s were in stock (@ $51, which is still agreat price on these).
