I just wanted to say these folks are great, the order went in on March 25 and I just got them April 4. The package went in customs and the mail  for abit but I got them with no issues even from customs. All data on the package showed the value and all and I am very happy with price and shipping.
Just wanted you guys to know.....

Thanks for the feedback.  This website is pretty highly regarded around here - I'm not sure if I've ever seen a complaint about them.

They have some pretty good prices on a lot of my favorite sticks, too.

I've only ordered from them once but it went great when I did, and i certainly wouldn't hesitate to order from them in the future.

That's nice to hear, like I said, I have had a few shipments come through no problem, but after the last encounter with border service, I am a bit gun shy.  I even wonder if maybe I'm red-flagged ...... but really when you think about it, they must see an absolute TON of stuff shipped through there every day and they wouldn't be checking names I don't think.  I should try a shipment from a supplier and see how it goes, maybe buy a cheaper bundle with free shipping (although I doubt free shipping would ever apply to Canada), that way I'd only be out a small cost if I refused delivery because of extra charges.  I might try again with my friend in Florida or California sending me some again.

You didn't say specifically but I assume that you didn't encounter any extra charges?

I don' think I've ever been to their site. I'll have to look. Excuse me though as I go lock my wallet far from reach.

Always on the look out for a good website.  No matter how slick the website, it is the customer service that makes or breaks any company.  I like the feedback, it makes me feel better about ordering from a company for the first time.

I did not receive any extra charges but I think that depends on customs if they open the box. I said to the cigarbiz folks just to send as normal and write cigars on the package. I do not want hassles with the custom boys and girls. Also, if you ask a sender to write gift or something other then cigar you just red flagged yourself in the system. Then you will lose the package and your money Cigarbiz was very explicit with this and I appreciate what they do for the customer. I will order again from them in the near future.

I have no problem paying fees I know it really bites my rear but hey in Canada when everything is taxed to death you get used to it. I really like paying 50 percent of my money to the government yes I really do....more ambition more tax.

One thing I would ask is what was your total price or how was the package addressed - gift, cigars or just a random check.

BTW had a GR black label corna special this morning with coffee. Very different taste then the Cubans but very pleasant. I will write up a review soon on the GR.

Hi all just wanted to put my 2 cents in about Cigarplace.biz  have ordered from them a few times with ZERO problems. GREAT prices and nice freebies (1st of the month and some fridays).  Only DRAWBACK for me was lack of inventory, I find many of my fav sticks to be OUT OF STOCK. Best place for me BY FAR is........ CIGARBID.com  (know your prices and you can do very, very well.

Welcome to Cigar Geeks, Darren. We like to refer to C-Bid as "the Devil site" because it sucks you in and you can spend WAY too much on the many great deals.

Why don't you go over to the Newbie Forum and introduce yourself? You will find that we are a friendly bunch! Link is here:

Gotta say Horrido, I never got used to it. No government has the right to sequester more than half your income - for any reason.  It is the modern equivalent of Britain's peasant system of olde.

Yup, don`t forget our system is based off the old British system and now more then ever people are upset on how much tax we pay. It is getting out of hand. The individuals in control are basically gouging us and taking as much from us as possible. The government both Federal and Provincial are downloading as much user fees as possible so we can support their pensions and boon doggles. They say we need to save more well you can`t save when most of your money goes in taxes.

I love my country but don`t like where we going.
