Frog update

I had kind of a rough day.  People getting on my nerves pretty good about stupid things.  Came home and my older son was a hellion because he spent the day at the water park with the wife - so no nap.  Decided i couldn't wait to get them to bed and have a cigar to close the evening out.  It never ceases to amaze me how much a good cigar can be sooo relaxing.

Tonight I decided to pull the Davidoff 2000 out with a Blue Moon beer.  I guess I have to admit that i'm kind of a cigar biggot when it comes to the size of a cigar and the Davidoff 2000 is small at 5x42, which is about as small a cigar as i would buy.  And this one plesantly surprised me.  I was surprisingly complex and very good.  I'll put the review up in the DB later, but a highly recommend!

As for the frog update...it was at about a 3 again tonight but there was a newcomer.  One particular frog seemed to be a smaller variety that had something to prove.  Every time the typical bigger frogs (that sound like large bull frogs) get going, the obviously smaller frog starts freakin out.  He starts chirping like a chicken on crack.  I hadn't heard this one before and he made it kind of interesting.  Also had deer running around again.  Couldn't see them but they took off running again right below the deck in the weeds and caaught me off guard - made me jump up to see what the heel it was.

Well that's another end to a decent evening smoking experience.

Cheers!

I agree with the Davidoff.  That caught me off guard as well.  A good smoke.

Glad to hear you have a newcomer to the frog family.  It sounds like a pretty competitive pond you have there.

Davidoffs in general are decent cigars.  The big problem with them is the price.  I tghink the last time i bought a 2000 it was over $10.

What the heck is all this frog talk?  Are they really there, or are you just "hearing" them?  Are you sure you are smoking cigars and not something else???  Let me know when you start understanding what they say!  :-)

Could be a tree frog.  They are very small but extremely loud (doesn't really even sound like a frog).  We had one in our back yard once and it scared the kids to death!  I found it a moved it far away but it made it's way back the next night.

I'm pretty sure it was just tobacco, although with all the wild life i've seen out here i'm starting to wonder.  I've been here about a year and a half and still getting used to being in the sticks.
