It is owned by the same guy that owns Liquid Smoke right next door and also listed on this site. He is a great guy and they have an amazing selection. Any beer that you'd want is next door at Liquids also.

I have never personally been to his shop "yet" however I can personally vouch for him. His Character is top notch. I am sure he runs his business the same way. And I know its biker friendly. I will visit this place as soon as I can get to TN again.
