When do I close on my house?

I am so pissed I figured I better make a contest out of this otherwise I might blow a gasket!

As some of you may remember, I am building a house (with a cigar room and walk in humidor to come later after we close).  The house keeps getting delayed.  Our first closing date was 9/3.  Our second was 10/3.  Then we were promised that we would be closed by 10/31.  We had our "final final .... almost final" walk through on Saturday.  Issues still exist so we are meeting with the builder tomorrow for a walk through to point out the paint/staining/other issues.  

A fiver to the geek that correctly picks the date we actually close.  If more than one geek correctly picks the date I will randomly draw from all those that picked the right date.
