- Just around the corner from the famous Moulin Rouge this place offers food and drinks. In addition to that the owner roasts his own coffee on place. He has a very nice cigar lounge downstairs and is a cigar smoker himself. If you are in that Paris and are looking for a welcome break to enjoy a cigar do not hesitate to visit his lounge.
