Smoking hot waitresses with a great atmosphere. Nothing like whiskeys which IMHO has a much more mellow atmosphere. We were seated on the third floor overlooking crescent street. Live DJ with comfortable seating. We brought our own cigars. Alcohol was fairly cheap also. great place if your looking for something a little more lively!

Known to be the best first date bar and lounge in Montreal. The High end bar with unique washrooms in Montreal.
Vasco Cigars (Montreal, Quebec, Canada) Submitted by CrazyK 10/23/2011 10:26 PM Right in the heart of downtown Montreal, Vasco has a nice selection of cigars from Cuba and beyond. They also sell cigar accessories, lighters, etc and have a wide variety of pipe tobaccos. Their proces, as expected for their very central (and touristy) location are a bit high, but a good place to drop in and get a couple smokes before a night out on the town.

They have been around a long time, and you know it the minute you set foot in the place. They specialize in ISOMs and pipe tobacco. Just talk to one of the clerks and you can tell they are qualified.

Casa Del Habano (Montreal, Quebec, Canada) Submitted by CrazyK 10/23/2011 10:21 PM I have recently started going to the Casa on occasion for a smoke and a glass or two of amazing Cuban Rum. Lovely place to relax while smoking your favourite Cuban cigar, service is great, and I think it is fair to say that their selection of Cuban cigars is second to none in Montreal. A couple slightly negative points are that you must buy what you smoke on premises (no bringing your own cigars), their cigars are pricey (obviously, they are in Canada) and they do not offer any food service.

Warm and inviting bring your own cigars, or they can sell you some if your there for a quick smoke. nice drink menu well stocked with scotches whiskeys and many brews form the John Sleeman pub located next to the cigar lounge.

Stop in and get some cigars and a traditional hot towel straight razor shave. Everything is done with old school beauty and quality. One thing I particularly like is that, because they do not sell Lotto Tickets and no one under 19 is admitted to the store, that nothing is covered up like in most Ontario stores. Its easy to browse and enjoy the experience of buying a cigar. Its about a 20 minute drive for me but its worth the trip every time.

Cigar selection is expanding with a new walk-in humidor available in the next month or two. Good selection of cigars from Cuba, Nicaragua, Dominican, and Honduras. Very nice selection of pipes & loose tobacco. Expanded selection of accessories. Only licensed tobacconist in Durham Region (allowed to display cigars).

Worth a visit before stepping into the OCE.

They offer a wife variety of cigars, humidors, cutters, lighters, pipes, etc. It's one of the only stores in Ottawa which isn't required to cover all of their tabacco products too, which makes for good window shopping, and the ability to take a look at a product before you buy.

Their selection of tobaccos rivals Comerfords: they have many different varieties in both cigars and pipe pouches and tins. They also carry quite a selection of accessories such as pipe cases, humidors, cleaners, reamers, lighters, etc.

Fair prices on cigars, but the staff have no cigar knowledge. Price is usually 1-3 $ less per stick here than they are at privately owned shops.

Also sells humidors, fine shaving products and pipes/pipe tobacco. Knowledgable staff working every time I've been in there.
