Cigars Vera Cruz (San Marcos, California, United States)      Submitted by funksauce 01/17/2009 08:09 AM
Leather seating for four with coffee table and side tables with large ashtrays, not large smoking area but nice and never very busy. Very small pipe and pipe tobacco selection. Although they HAVE EVERY CIGAR AVAILABLE IN THE US. I was surprised to find hard to find brands and they have new cigars within a month of release the humidor is larger than the store. they have all the great cigars like the special AVO's and Partagas 160's along with other boutique cigars that are hard to find like Pete Johnson cigars (all of them from full Tatuaje line to newer lines like La Requeza)EVERYTHING the site does not and can not list them all. Also reasonable prices for California. (no I don't work there either just the best store I have to go to)

Vintage Cigars (Sant Ana, California, United States)      Submitted by Jackal 04/16/2013 12:34 PM
The owner, Robbie is very friendly and he and his staff are quite knowledgeable about cigars.  Their humidor has a decent selection of cigars ranging from budget to premium sticks.

The store is well lit and cheerful.  WiFi is free and they do not mind if you bring in your own beverages.

La Aroma De Havana Cigar Lounge (Santa Barbara, California, United States)      Submitted by headfirst 06/09/2015 07:42 AM
I will never set foot in this place again, too bad because it was a nice place with great seating/environment and a good size humidor.  I did notice some boxes of sticks that had significant mold issues.

I was ushered out of the store for apparently spending too much time in their humidor.  It couldn't have been more than 7 or 8 minutes I was in there.  They apparently only want the casual come in and grab a cigar and leave type of customer, or they thought I was trying to swipe something.  Whatever the case, I've never been treated so rude in any type of store.

Don't waste your time here, head over to Santa Barbara Cigar and Tobacco on Figueroa, better prices and they didn't mind me looking around and asking questions.  http://www.sbcigar.com/

This B&M has an excellent selection of cigars to choose from.  Javier Hernandez (owner) does a great job in keeping old favorites and stocking newer releases as they become available.  Hernandez is one of the more knowledgeable owners here in the Santa Clarita Valley and the SoCal area period.  Main lounging is outside and in front of the B&M.  There is an inside area tucked away in the back of the shop which is available when Javier is in store.  Simply a great little B&M.  Stop by and enjoy...

Havana House Cigars & Lounge (Whittier, California, United States)      Submitted by Jackal 02/11/2010 09:04 AM
This is one of the very few cigar establishments that has beer on tap.  Their humidor is filled with overpriced, over-humidified (some moldy) cigars, but they don't mind if you bring your own cigars.

They do not officially sell food, but they have menus for the Mexican restaurant next door and will order for you and have the food delivered to the bar.

Cigar Empire (Yorba Linda, California, United States)      Submitted by Jackal 03/29/2009 02:30 PM
This is your basic neighborhood tobacco shop.  The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is not huge, but has a good selection.

Cosentino Winery (Yountville, California, United States)      Submitted by akira 04/04/2009 08:45 PM
This is a great winery that even produces a wine called cigarzin.  Very good compliment to cigars if you are into red wines.
