- There are 2 Liberty Tobaccos, the primary store is on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard in San Diego and this one is in the pleasant Flower Hill Mall in Del Mar. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great selection at reasonable prices. The upstairs is the smoking lounge. If you are ever on the San Diego area, this is a place to check out.
