- One of the Prague locations of the Bar and Books cigar bar small chain from New York City. This small cigar bar is all old world luxury. They have a hug Scotch and Cognac menu. They also offer their own line of cigars, made in NYC as well as a selection of the more popular Cubans. The cocktails are incredible, the staff friendly, and fluent in multiple languages.
