- The upstairs bar/dining room of Two-Nineteen restaurant, this is a cigar bar with live jazz most evenings. Expect a $5 cover to be added to your check after 9pm. They sell a few cigars (There is a cigar shop next door though), have a great selection of scotch, and awesome food. A side room has some couches and a big screen to watch sports.
