- This is the rooftop bar of the Prague Hilton. It has an upscale club feel to it with soft toned lighting and a great view of the city from the balcony. The drinks are overpriced for Prague, but still not to expensive. They have a decent selection of Cubans, and it is a great atmosphere to unwind and enjoy your smoke with a quality cocktail.
