- This restaurant/bar has been around many years. It is right next door to Cigars Limited, so you can have lunch from the Elbow Room delivered to Cigars Limited. They have indoor dining with no smoking allowed (it's California after all), but they also have an outdoor, covered patio with heaters, ceiling fans, and TV's. They have been around so long that I understand they were grandfathered in, and smoking is allowed on the patio. At lunchtime they are fairly crowded, and few people smoke. So lighting up a cigar during the lunch rush will have people giving you looks. But once that crowd dies down you can have a drink and enjoy the cigar on the patio.

| They recently remodeled and smoking is still allowed on the patio, but only after 9:00 PM. It's no longer somewhere you can stop in the afternoon for a drink or appetizer AND a cigar. | |
