This small cigar bar is all old world luxury. They have a hug Scotch and Cognac menu. They also offer their own line of cigars, made in NYC as well as a selection of the more popular Cubans. The cocktails are incredible, the staff friendly, and fluent in multiple languages. (English, Russian, Czech seemed most common)
Cloud 9 Sky Bar & Lounge (Prague, Czech Republic) Submitted by QuikAF77 02/06/2013 11:04 AM This is the rooftop bar of the Prague Hilton. It has an upscale club feel to it with soft toned lighting and a great view of the city from the balcony. The drinks are overpriced for Prague, but still not to expensive. They have a decent selection of Cubans, and it is a great atmosphere to unwind and enjoy your smoke with a quality cocktail.
