Cigar selection was very limited, but no charge for bringing your own (as of June 2011, at least).  Outdoor seating area for cigar smokers, enclosed by fence so there's a sense of being in a private courtyard under the trees.

Havana Dreams Cigar Lounge (Queens, New Mexico, United States)      Submitted by Analyze 08/10/2012 10:24 PM
I read so many great reviews of this place. I thought I found the perfect lounge they have a big humidor with a great selection plenty of leather chairs a bar even some arcade games and some TV's. But I walk in and say hello the two men working just shrug and go about there business. I pay no mind i make my way to the big humidor in the back and one guy tells me to take off my bookbag before going not at all in a polite way. As I'm browsing through their cigars of which they have plenty options I notice the other guy is just leering through the window the whole time. I come out with an La Aurora and ask the guy if he ever gets any preferidos in and he just completely ignores the question and doesn't even mention the price he just kind points to the cash register with his mouth and throws some matches on the counter. I said forget it I'll go somewhere else. You can have the greatest and all the rarest cigars at the best prices and all the amenities in the world but if I feel like a jerk just for stepping in your shop you're not seeing a dime from me.

David is very friendly and knowledgable and they have a good selection and a nice place to hang out and enjoy a smoke. If youre in the old town area then it's worth looking up.
