I ordered about four tins of pipe tobacco from pipesandcigars.com on April fools day and when my order came, they had accidentally shipped me a tin of C&D Manhattan Afternoon instead of C&D Sunday Picnic. I'm a new pipe smoker and am trying new stuff anyway, so I sent them an e-mail and told them about it but not to worry since it wasn't a big deal. They sent me an e-mail back telling me that they had just moved or restructured their wharehouse and were sorry for the mistake and they offered to send me a replacement tin of Sunday Picnic, but I told them it really wasn't a problem. Then yesterday, out of the blue, they sent me the Sunday Picnic anyway.
I am very impressed by them and will be ordering all my pipe stuff from them in the future.

I like PipeandCigars. They have good customer service. My only problem with them is they are law abiding and won't ship pipe tobacco to me here in WA state. Apparently some stupid state law prohibits them from shipping to WA. :-(

The guys up at pipeandcigars are fantastic, my store has a good relationship with them, and they are real stand up people.
I haven't ordered from them, but before Christmas I received a free calendar and cigar from them....I am just waiting for the right month to order from them, I have heard their Customer Service is top notch though.
