These are a 2002 limited edition that were available in three sizes (Esen, a churchill sized torpedo, Moda, a toro, and Tonton, a robusto) and are sadly no longer available. I picked up four singles of the Moda from Cigar Bid back in Feb 2009, an loved them, but couldn't find any more for sale. Then last year one of the brothers here told me about a guy on another forum that had a box for sale...a whole box still in the shrink wrap. I pulled the trigger and have had them resting the past 8 months.
Today I pulled the shrink wrap off the box, and here they are for your viewing pleasure:

nice
That just drips of decadence. Nice.
Those look pretty good. Were they a memorial cigar for the old man?
Awesome!.
That's a lot of cigar. Looks beautiful. Let us know if they are as good as you remember.
nice looking - you don`t want to smoke them do you just caress them over and over again.
I was given one of these, I am afraid to smoke it heh...too beautiful
That truly is cigar porn
I have wholeheartedly found agreement in Ron White's humorous statement that he plans to smoke every durn one of his collection of cigars. But in this rare case...that is a beautiful presentation. I could not bring myself to apply fire to one of those. This would be the beginning of a true collection on my part if I ever had the chance to get my grubby paws on them.
Droolin' in the bluegrass.
Very nice Les!
I had a couple of the TON TON, don't remember if I ever smoked one or just traded them away.
Sweet looking sticks :bigthumbs:
BEE-YOOTEEFUL!!!!!! What a great collector's item!
I had the opportunity to pick up 2 Ton Tons from a guy on another forum....he had a bunch, but I only bought 2, regrettably. I still have them sitting in my humidor over a year later. I just can't bring myself to put fire to them. They're too pretty!
Great purchase, bro! Enjoy those.

This release was to celebrate founder Cano A. Ozgener's 65th birthday.
Truly exceptional. Thanks for sharing, Les.
Wow!
Yummy!
dems perty!
Very nice pickup
Those look quite nice. ;-)
Very nice
Purty...
Fancy cigars! Great presentation.
Me and one of my riding and cigar smoking friends smoked a pair of these (one each) over the Father's Day weekend. Excellent. 10 years rest didn't hurt them at all.
So who was it that told me about this box being for sale? I didn't note it in my online humidor, and the PM is long gone.
They look amazing

Twas me. I knew you loved these cigars, so when I saw them being sold by a private party, I forwarded it along. Glad you snagged them!
Wow, very nice looking.
So, I just pulled out my wrapped, unopened box of Esens. Crack it open, and fire one up, or not?
Great find.
What everyone else said, great looking smokes, to purdy to light
Fire that bad boy up. Life is too short. There'll never be on "occasion" important enough to smoke one so just go for it!
Well this is an old thread
Still, Les with some mighty good looking smokes!

Since they're ten year old cigars, I suspected it might be. Didn't realize there was a time limit on threads. Anyway, getting back to the topic at hand, I did crack the box open, and they have been transferred to my daily humidor. I will be enjoying one tonight.
Great presentation, I would bet the cigar is great about now
I will add to the puddle
Quite the dilemma, to smoke or not... A lovely dilemma all of us would like to have ;-)
Just wanted to report back, that after resting for ten years, this cigar is superb. I'm going to treat myself to one or two more, and then let the others rest a little while longer.
I broke down and smoked one of my 2 remaining Ton Ton Robustos a few months back. It was superb. Only one more left.......
I still have most of my box of Esens remaining. I also still have at least one Moda.
I've smoked two of my Esens now. One more tonight, and then the last seven can wait.
Those look terrific.
