Running into an issue with the Virtual Humidor App on my phone. Some of my cigars are coming up blank. I've tried deleting the Humidor and re-syncing, but it's still happening.
Any thoughts?
I have had a similar issue with the iPhone app, I basically use the one off the site using the web browser now ....

Have you got the DB up to date - downloaded the latest Cigar DB updates?

Here's what I did, which fixed it:
Go to Cigar Database and click "Download Updates"
Re-sync your humidor.
Fixed!
Note, it did not work when I was prompted to update the database when syncing my humidor, I had to do that independently and prior to syncing the humidor.
