There its a wrong joint about 2 blocks from were I live that has a gist chili sauce. They call it devils tears.
Its mighty good but just a little to spicy for me. After 3 wings I'm sweating.

I have eaten a 2mm cross section of one raw and it just about killed me!, I couldn't even swallow it,nothing but milk and soda crackers for 5 minutes.
Quaker Steak and Lube is an average wing place with a good PR. Here in Pittsburgh they are not even in the top 10 of wing places. It is easy to make a sauce hot but hard to make it hot and taste decent.
The atomic wings are not that bad. But the triple atomic are painful. But that's coming from a person that lives in the Buffalo area where if the wings are not hot they are not wings.

I watched the guy from Man vs Food do the challenge. It was entertaining
i like good hot food but there is a point were it becomes self abuse.
I wonder if the proper strategy would be to eat them as fast as you can?

One question Crap Network folk, what kind of atomic powered air purifier do you have in the man cave? Cigar, beer and sauce and no air filtration and I'm sure no woman is going to be anywhere near that joint.

:) Actually the women like the smoking room too, most of our wives smoke as well, but none of them like hot stuff. All I have is a damn fart fan in the ceiling and an open door. It gets ungodly smokey in here during a review. Hopefully sooner rather than later I'll be purchasing a whole house ventilation for this small room. It's overkill but would be perfect. 250 bucks though so I haven't dropped the dough yet.

i think the self abuse part comes in when you have to wear gloves to handle the food while eating it
