Is there a place to see what I'VE rated a cigar vs. the aggregate ratings of everyone?
Having a section for "My ratings" would be great as it would give a handy spot to track what you did and didn't like.
Would love to see the avg rating and my rating in the virtual humidors myself.
Would also be cool if there was a way to get recommendations based on our own reviews compared to those of other with similar ratings for the same sticks.
I don't know about the app, but you can certainly do that here. Click on your profile, then "View this User's Reviews".

I would love to be able to access the forums directly from the app without leaving the site
