Post by: alpal on 06/21/2013 02:17 PM
Can anyone tell me what kind of humidor this is? (brand, size) I'm having trouble telling from these pictures.

Looks like the Bally! They come in a variety of wood finishes and colors for around $50-$70 and aren't that great......

It seems like many of these low end humidors are the same thing with different finishes and names.  Most of them are actually a spanish cedar veneer.

New for $59.99 at CI, so don't mess around with used because you don't know what they used it for.

AND, you can regularly get these on the devil site (CBid) for $28-$34.

They definitely looks like a Bally. I have 6 of those and can get a new one cheaper than what that used one is selling for.

Hey!

Sorry for posting in an old conversation but I didn't want to start a new topic about it since this is what I need too.
So I bought this RJ Reynolds humidor case really cheap and would like to know more about it. I personally think this is some kind of sampler box.
Does anyone recognize this? Size is about 11 x 11 inches (28x28cm)

What wood is it made of?
How old do you think it is?

Dont recognize it but I think you are correct that it was a sampler. Interesting looking design.
