You Get Cigars and a Child Gets Toys: Several days ago, Sticks2Ash posted on this thread (http://www.cigargeeks.com/index.php?topic=26625.0) looking to make a newbie trade. I decided to "rodeo" with him and I'm glad I did; Scott is a very generous person.
We decided to team up and fund a donation to The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation (http://www.toysfortots.org/Default.aspx) with the cigars he sent (he's replacing several of them for my personal consumption). A child, perhaps several, will be gifted with toys through a donation made possible by the purchase of these cigars.
Once the funds are collected, they will be sent to Señor Pablo so the donation can be made on behalf of the Cigar Geeks community.
How To Win The Great Selection of Cigars* Listed Below:
If you would like to own these cigars, all you have to do is post your "buy" price on this thread by 11:59PM ET, Sunday, December 8. We're asking for a starting price of $25 USD and all subsequent prices should be in minimum increments of $1. Shipping and handling will be included in your bid (single address only).
The Geek(s) offering the highest price will get the selection of cigars and SWAG pictured below plus a few surprise cigars!
Current high bid: $300 from McBryde
However, Emerson has passed the winnings to the next highest bidder, KmanNoob ($290) for a total of $590!
These two Geeks have agreed to split the winnings! Very generous and classy Geeks!
How To Enter For A Chance To Win A Five Pack of Great Cigars:
Geeks wishing to make a contribution will be entered into a drawing for a five pack of high end cigars. One entry for every $5 in contributions. You can send a PM or post on this thread that you wish to support Toys for Tots! (Note: The winner will be selected by random drawing and the cigars are separate from the ones listed below.)
In addition, the Geek donating the most (outside of the highest bidder for the cigar collection) will receive a five pack from dboss!
These Geeks have offered additional contributions to support Toys for Tots! Thank you!

Guys, this really touched my heart that Brad had this great idea!
Not only am I sending him cigars in replacement for the bonus cigars plus some swag will come from my end!
These are all great cigars with a MSRP close to $250. Were gonna get you closer to $300!
Who's gonna be the first to put a bill down at 1/3 the value so we can really make some impact?
Thanks again to all and to Brad for this awesome concept!

Current high bid: $250 from McBryde
Thank you!

I should have contributed. Feel like I missed out on this one by not adding an extra contribution. I think this should also be a repeat next year because I want to redeem myself, and I'd like to see us double what we did this year!

Not to worry, Matt - we'll do it again. And don't worry about missing the posts on this one. You have far more important things to focus on with your family being deployed overseas with you.
