I got a box in the mail today with 4 assorted cigars, a letter from Steven Bailey, rating sheets , and stamped envelopes to send the ratings back in. I will get to these in order when the weather moderates up here in the holler a bit.
Thanks for including me in this opportunity!

Got mine 2 days ago and reviewed one ROTT.
Received mine as well and am currently smoking one of them right now.

It all depends on which crayon falls out of the box first and how many wrinkles there are on the grocery bag!
I got mine. Hope to review and begin tomorrow
Awesome y'all looking forward to reading.
Had some on my doorstep as well, not bad looking at all
I too got my sampler and rating sheets in the mail. All I can say is they look and smell amazing. Will get out and smoke them soon as the snow stops.

Those do look good.
That's pretty cool.
Nice looking cigars!
The photo of these sure makes me hungry...can't wait for the reviews.
Just a reminder to those of us who got cigars, should hit him up with some feedback.
Received a similar package. Cigars look nice, and I'm looking forward to giving them a try!

Good call Brian, just did mine!
Just wondering what you guys might think of these without giving away too many details. I have had 3 out of 4 so far, and to be honest my ratings were 83, 56, and a 96 pts.
Still haven't had a chance to try any, but it looks like we may have gotten similar samples (I got a torpedo though).
I've tried one so far but I can't get to other ones until it warms up some. Too cold in the shop and too slick to ride around in the mobile cigar lounge. Smoking in the house is not an option, according to that woman who lives here.
I got some as well.
Can't believe the box went to a neighbor's postal box that has a very similar address. He came back home only today and gave it to me. Cigars had been there a couple of days, arrived on the 22nd so they were frozen solid. I'll warm them up slowly and will slowly rehydrate them and the let them rest a while in general population.
Most probably will be reviewing/tasting these later than sooner but it will be done.
Thanks for the cigars and the opportunity Steven.
I've smoked two so far...one was a high 4/5 and the other 3/5...two more to go.
I've done three and one more to go. The reviews I've done so far will go out in the mail tomorrow now that the snow is finally melting.

I did a second round, he sent some nice Habano maduros which were really good.
2 down and mailed, 2 to go.....
All four are done. Just need to get them in the mail.
3 done and enveloped, one to go.
What did I miss? This is cool.
These guys are a class act. The packages include the cigars, the review forms and return envelopes prepaid. I am on my second box that I got Tuesday with their gift pack and looking forward to this set of reviews
I just sent my final review in yesterday.

Yes, I was impressed with their planning.
Three in the mail. Smoked the last one this morning. As soon as I write it up and can make it down to the settlement through the snow and battling wolves and bears every step of the way I will firmly attach it to the mail mule!
I have yet to try one. I plan on knocking 2 of em out this weekend, and hopefully get the other 2 done by next weekend.
I feel invisible...

Sorry, Matt you weren't on ignore. A few on the site were asked if we wanted to review some cigars. In the initial run, we were sent 4 cigars to review. After you completed all 4, they sent out a gift pack consisting of a Xikar ash can, a cutter, case, lighter and single cigar ash tray along with andother 4 for review. It is a really well organized review, but I don't think anyone know where the cigars originated from manufacturer wise.
nice! kinda wish i had a US address..
As far as I know, this was limited to folks in the US, Matt. We were asked via PM to participate, and I have no idea how we were chose - possibly due to the number of reviews we've done on the site?
Last one in the box and gone!

"Yes sir, we do grow much of our own tobacco. The premium hand rolled cigars I am developing uses US grown tobacco, Dominican, and Nicaraguan. " - Steven, in response to a question I asked about him growing his own tobacco.
Hey, Matt, even though you might the red-headed orphan child right now maybe you can catch up when you get back into range. As I recall, you are returning to states soon, eh?
Just a heads up guys, the envelopes were made up prior to the recent increase a week ago. I would go into the post office with them, they tack on another 3 cents. I had no change on me, just dollar bills, so I walked away with 97 cents in change.

Oops! Didn't even consider that...hope that doesn't cause problems with the other end.

Well actually, I am the living proof this was open to International Geeks as well. I received the package in Canada without a glitch and will be reviewing as soon as my health permits. Would have done it long ago if it hadn't been for medical problems.

I think it depends on the mood of the post office. They may send it back to you with insufficient postage, or make the receiver pay before they can pick up their mail. Or they may just not care and hand it over. Who knows??

Good to know!
These went out in the mail today, and I didn't even think about the postage. Hopefully, they go through....
Awesome! Sounds really cool. Guess I like reviewing, but only when I'm asked to. Otherwise, I just enjoy my smokes!
I am finally getting around to these. Done two so far the other two will be done this week. Didnt mean to take so long
Got the same very nice gifts from Steven others have already mentioned...Thank you very much!...and also another 4 cigars to review. I'll let them rest for a while and then get after the next round.
