I don't see anything different.
I used to have to go to the top of the page and reply to be able to use the Emoticons, now they are right there at the bottom near the reply box. Maybe it's an iPad thing too as I did update my IPad last night at work. :confused:

Kent, the picture you put up is how mine has always looked. I think you must of been running an older version and now that you did your update, you are seeing what we see already.
