I recently had an order where I purchase a 5 pak of cigars....Quesada 40th Clasico that are very hard to find but an incredible cigar. They shipped in good time but the box they came in was a bit cramped...the cigars were literally stuffed into it and had bubble wrap with a humi pillow inside the bubble wrap next to the cigars. Lucky for me that the cigars were wrapped otherwise it could have been an issue as I don't like my cigars touching the pillow. Other than this they seem to be a good Vendor. I can't remember if there was a section to put remarks in when you make an order but in the future I will ensure that my remarks say "ensure that the order is shipped with the humi pillow outside of the wrap..... Another point is their shipping fees....as long as you have an order over $1 the item ships free and I was able to secure a code to get 10% off my order.
Great retailer. Usually ships same day, has some harder to find stuff to, but you have to act quick. Had one UF13 with a damaged pigtail, not only did he send me an additional one and a hitcher, I kept the busted one. Great customer service.
Small Batch IMO is a great online retailer. Orders are shipped fast, boveda"s are almost always included in the shipment & they are easy to get a hold of if there's a problem. I've ordered from them 4-5x recently & been very happy with the service. I had 1 issue with a 5-pack of incorrect cigars & not only did they send me the correct cigars at no charge, they told me to keep the cigars that were incorrectly shipped to me, I offered to pay for them but they refused my payment and shipped out the replacements at no cost. Also once shipping on an order took over a week, which was not their fault they shipped it the same day, it was USPS issue. My next order placed they slipped in hitchhiker for me to try out. A+ service all the way IMO, will definitely order from them.
I've purchased a five pack from SB and they did ship quick with no issues for me.
I'd buy from them again.
They have some great prices and ship fast.
SB cigars is awesome, they have wonderful customer service and seem to be top notch folks always willing to go above and beyond to fix any issues with your order if they arise!
I like Small Batch Cigars' selection -- they have cigars that are hard to find elsewhere -- and their pricing is very fair, particularly when you take the free shipping into account.
Placed an order Thursday afternoon, received my cigars Saturday morning. They were packed with 72% Bovedas.
Overall, an excellent shopping experience.
Another fantastic Small Batch experience. Told him ahead of time I wanted a certain smoke, when he got them held me a box out and emailed me. Paid Saturday afternoon, cigars were on my doorstep Monday. One of my go-to retailers.

There is a 10% off code on Reddit r/cigars. Andrew, the owner is very active on "rcigars" sponsoring contests, providing deals and knowledge and often times he'll post a heads up over there about new arrivals.
There are codes over there for several other retailers too.
I don't know how you guys feels about that forum, there can be a lot of drama and it seems to be predominately a younger crowd, but there are a ton of good guys too. I prefer the low key, close knit group over here but I do still spend time there.

Yet another great experience. Had a couple of orders lately, they are literally the fastest shipping cigar vendor I have ever seen. I think he pulls them from the shelf the moment the order hits and mails them. I have gotten cigars the next day before across the country for free shipping. Availability of some tougher stuff is always cool too. Just better act quick if you see it.
Even through me a free Caldwell Marble House in each order, their house exclusive vitola of the Eastern Standard line. Always a happy camper.

Based on the great reviews and a good price on a sampler pack, I tried these guys out. VERY fast, Boveda packed shipment, and for FREE. They have a B&M in So. Cal. that I might take a trip to some time. Highly recommend.

All I know is 10% unless they send one out in an email & I've been guilty of purchasing more from them then I'd like to admit. They are really great tho, great service, great selection, all around always been good. If anybody knows more then a 10% code that would be cool but I'd prolly buy more so prolly not good at the same time :smoker:

Small Batch is the quickest shippers. Several times I've placed an order with them on a Saturday and received it on Monday. That's coast to coast.
FYI - worth noting that SBC doesn't seem to be doing priority shipping anymore, everything is regular first class mail.

Interesting, just checked and their shipping policy does indeed now say
USPS Priority/First Class is FREE to all US orders – including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
Wonder how they decide how what is shipped, or they may not use Priority at all now and just say they use both. Free Shipping is still free so there's that and they do include a Boveda.

Oh for sure, I mean hey was it nice to have it in 2 days? Absolutely. Did I really NEED it in 2 days? Not at all, nor would I pay extra to have it a day sooner. But I did want to mention it because their fast shipping is always mentioned as one of their biggest selling points. They used to ship even 5'ers as Priority, but the last couple COTM packages have come First Class.Things that ship on Thursday I notice now don't make it me on the east coast until Monday, rather than Sunday. Not the end of the world they still provide a great service with quality cigars that arrive in great shape, and they always over-deliver on my cigar of the month club, so no complaining here.
It's only right to post an update.....the package ended up arriving in 2 days anyway, shipped Thursday got it Saturday. Also, just placed another order yesterday at 6:30pm.....it was shipped by 8pm the same day (PRIORITY).....scheduled to arrive tomorrow, which is 2 days. All is good in the world lol
Their cigar of the month club is one of the best things going. I could do without all the Davidoff though...except they make good trade/bomb fodder.

Small Batch Cigar has some pretty good discounts going for Labor Day if you guys receive emails from them, the discounts are usually on certain brands, but this weekend the codes apply to all purchases over a certain dollar amount, just a heads up. This is when I usually pick up a box of something, can get 20-25% off :thumbsup:
