I ordered a box of Pudgy Monsters from them early in the release. They didn't charge until they shipped which was nice for this order since it took a few weeks for the release to become available. The packing was less than ideal but everything arrived safe, I would be a bit more worried. Not enough packing material so things bounced around a bit. Not a problem in a wooden box but could be for items only in a bag. Overall, I would order again.
