Used them online a couple of times. Once they sent me the wrong size in a stick and were out of something that showed in stock. For the out of stock, I picked something to replace before the order ever shipped. For the wrong sticks, they sent me replacements immediately and told me to keep the wrong ones (it was just two Quesada Tributos, so no huge deal). But I appreciated they at least tried to make problems right.
Selection is pretty good, not always the newest stuff quickly, but their prices are pretty good, especially some of the clearance bin stuff. Some good deals in there.
Overall a solid retailer. Not my go-to, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
I used to use these guys a lot but have not recently...they were pretty good then but have found better pricing on those cigars I smoke a lot of. I still keep them in my Cigar Rolodex...one never knows about tomorrows big sale.
