I've been smoking cigars for years but just started to get serious about them the last 2-3 years. I'd like to build a collection of cigars (I just need to stop smoking them so fast). I came across this site when I was searching how to make a wineador. My wine fridge kicked the bucket last week and I'm going to convert it to a humidor. If anyone has any pointers it would be much appreciated. I look forward to meeting other people with similar interest.
Greg

Welcome from South Florida, Greg.
Welcome from MA, too. I just made a wineador myself and i love it. There are some good guides on here, but feel free to ask around. If you're good with a saw and stuff you can make your own shelves and if not, you can buy custom ones if you really want. Or use the racks you have, buy some cheap spanish cedar trays from cheap humidors or the like, some beads or kitty litter and you're basically set. Good luck!

Once in a while we drive down to Cook's to pick up a few tomatoes, peppers, etc. There are some beautiful spots in Wrentham.

I'll have to keep that date in mind. I've never been to a herf before. I'm 1/2 mile down the road from Cooks farm, it is nice quiet area.
