I was hoping for one more then I will order the pass and get it started. I am going to pull some sticks out and mail them back to Jessica to lighten the load for the start. I noticed we have one Canadian in the bunch, I know in the past we dealt with them virtually, what's the best way to proceed?
I remember longhorn going virtual with hebron in Norway before sending the pass out to the continental US, that seemed to work out well. I think that's probably the best since you don't want appollo to have to pay customs for more cigars than he's actually taking if it happens to get stuck at the border. My 2 cents...
That's what I remembered too... Once I finalize the sticks he can go first, tell me what he wants then mail me his puts.

Ok Geeks... I pulled out some sticks to mail back to Jessica so the list that's posted are the sticks in the pass. I will put Appollo up first in the order and let him send me his puts, I'll mail him his takes, then get the pass moving. Jessica will be the last in the pass and she will have her box of goodies back :-)

Hi Everyone,
I created a spreadsheet so I could can easily see the current cigars active in the pass after the puts and takes. I thought I'd share it with you. If you find it helpful, I'd try to post an update after each persons posts their puts and takes.
The spread sheet shows the original set of cigars first, then the 1st puts and takes, and finally an updated list of the cigars active in the pass.
Let me know if this is something you would like to see after each set in the pass.
I received Stephen's (Appollo) Puts today. I have his Takes boxed up to send to him tomorrow. I also have the pass all wrapped up and will mail it out to Chuck tomorrow as well. The pass will continue on as a standard pass from Chuck terminating with Jessica in Florida.

Well a little good luck on my side this morning. I had actually missed deleting my puts and takes on my spreadsheet so I still had them and I also located the tracking number so all should be good. Looks like the pass was delivered to Eric today :thumbsup:

Okay, a quick phone call and Terry and I have gotten it all straightened out. The Yellow Rose is here and it appears that a Four Kicks was put in the pass instead of a JD Howard Reserve by accident. No cause for concern at all.
