I'm working on a small table humidor and I'm strongly considering using and Oasis unit in it. I have come questions about the Excel and the Ultra 2 models. I've posted my questions to Cigar Oasis twice through there "contact" link on their website. The first contact was about a week ago and the second a few days ago. I'm very disappointed--they have not contacted me at all--not even to acknowledge receipt of my inquiry. I would think they would answer these questions so a sell could be made.
Have any of you had experience with Cigar Oasis' support/contact in a positive or negative way?

I own the Ultra 2.0 and the Excel versions and have had no issues, they've worked beautifully. I haven't had to deal with their support people.
Their sales rep is out of town for another week. He was live on the Cigar Obsession youtube show last night. He told viewers to send him questions on FB and he would do his best to reply. If you ask about the CO live show 20% off deal...I bet you get it!
My Oasis II XL has been running nonstop for 3 years now with no problems.....

I caught up with the sales guy through Facebook. He answered my questions and offered the 20% off, so I've placed an order. I'm very excited to be getting my humidifying system soon!
