Anybody noticed a problem with the Cigar Bandits website? It seems to have been down a few days.
That's not the problem I noticed with their website... :biggrin:
Cigar Bandits is a joke.
They put up a sale 4/19 and I ordered within minutes.
Waited until 4/30 to message that I hadn't received my order.
Was then told they were backordered, so they really didn't even have them apparently.
Was then told I would get updates when they were back in stock.
Was then told on 5/5 that the cigars were back in stock and they would be en route ASAP.
5/14 I messaged them AGAIN as I had heard nothing and received nothing.
Then they blamed the manufacturer for the problem.
This morning 5/17 I am sent a tracking number.
Tonight I go to check the tracking number and it "can not be found".
What a joke of a supposed online retailer

they sound like bandits.
Bad mojo with this operation. Last summer the shop manager left and took all the customer info. I was in the midst of an order, and got the runaround, and then got stuck in a 3 way email conversation with the owner, the ex-manager and myself. Lots of finger pointing between the 2 of them, no accountability by either, and very uncomfortable for me. I dumped both guys pretty quick and have never looked back. Really unprofessional! My advice is to stay away. Too may other sources to pick from.
