Title: Los Hermanos review
Post by: tfkirk on 07/01/2017 01:05 PM
1st review here goes, wish Inew how to take pictures and post but I can't figure that out YET still trying though.

Brand: Los Hermanos
Cigar Name: Gordo Maduro
Length: 6.5
Ring Gauge: 60
Country Manufactured: Nicaragua
Filler: Nicaragua
Binder: Nicaragua
Wrapper: Mexico
Color: Maduro
Strength: Full
Shape: Toro Gordo

Bought at my cigar store which I'm a monthly member at "El Humidor in Wilkes Barre, Pa. (Plains Township right near the Mohegan Son's Casino and Trotter's horse racing complex).

This stix had some age judging by the cello.
Beautiful dark brown color wrapper.
After lighting knew this was a full strength smoke with lots of nicotine. Need some libations with this smoke. Not burning hot just full body, spice and pepper. Had to use my ice pick to open up the oils that built up not plugged just a big smoke and the oils just collected and were a flavorful blend with the opening tastes but opened up to a much more mocha flavor. Hoping when I go back to my club EL HUMIDOR there are still some left just looking at a smaller ring size.

Would I smoke these again without a doubt.

Would I recommend them yes but would suggest a robusto or corona.

May be a small batch distribution glad I found some.

First thing that came to my mind was Los Pollos Hermanos. How's your jaw feel after smoking that monster?
