Say a Partagas crystal ashtray online and it looked nice an all. Purchased it and when I opened it could not believe they actually put as part of the picture seen in the crystal a frackin warning label. I really could not believe it and it really takes away from the whole look of the ashtray. Really going to far now in where they are placing all these labels.
Bummer, no getting that off...
They ruined a very nice ashtray for sure!
I assume that was not shown in the picture you saw before the purchase? I would send it back and get a refund.

My thought exactly
That's a bunch of BS!
The nanny screwing up more s#!t. I wish some one would fire her. :banghead:
I see that the image on Famous shows the warning label, but I could also see how it could be very easily missed
That is an otherwise very cool ashtray though.

Be honest didn't inspect the picture that close when I did get it from Famous, just a shame it is there.
Any cigar branded product going forward will have that disclaimer unfortunately. If the word Partagas was photoshopped to read Cigars instead it would've been fine. Strange design decision imo but honesty they're stuck between a rock and a hard place.
I'd try the refund route - or - just keep it covered up with ash and cigar dirt.....lol.
Bummer man, return that thing and tell them how ridiculous their product is
Its not change that I embrace, yet if it means still having cigars to enjoy, its a small price to pay. Enjoy your new ashtray brother! :bigthumbs:
