Oh I did. I've been strung along for months. I finally got the email yesterday saying I'm not going to get it. I'll update my other post with email screenshots when I get to a desktop. But basically, he says Three Rivers, his distributor, screwed him and I can contact them if I want. But he's washed his hands of it.
In business, as in life, one thing you should value is your reputation. George's credibility is shot in my eyes.

I would just speak to a lawyer. It might be worth a little $ to get these folks to hold up their end.
Something tells me that he was dead broke and trying to drive traffic to his site. His site is now closed.
