I had never heard of these guys but they had the box of cigars I wanted (BLTC Deliverance Nocturne Perfecto) at the right price and they offer free shipping on orders over $100. I decided to give them a try. The email communication was the best I've ever seen. I was of course emailed a confirmation of the order, but also confirmation that it shipped, was out for delivery, and was delivered. They actually sent it priority mail so I received it quickly, it was well packed, cello still on the box, and the cigars were in great shape.
I did notice that their return policy can be a little strict, so if you order make sure you open things up right away, they want notification within 24 hours of receiving the order if there's something wrong with it.
Great experience for me, I will keep them in mind for future orders.
