well let's hope he gets it done.

ever notice though how either side brings up legislation they know doesn't have a chance after they loose the majority? an example is the left harping on guns but when they have the majority they do nothing about it. the right voting to abolish the Affordable Care Act over 60 times when they knew it wouldn't pass and then voting the opposite way when they have the majority.

what do you call two politicians at the bottom of the sea? a good start....

He’d better be on the cigar side. Rubio has a large constituency in Miami where cigars are big business. Little Havana and, especially Calle Ocho, attract tourists as well as cigar lovers. You can watch cigars being rolled and also make purchases. Very important economically for his fellow Cuban-Americans.

Bills similar to this have been introduced to the Senate and House over the past three years.  None have moved out of committee. We need this to change (says Captain Obvious!)   Right now there are five co-sponsors
Cotton, Tom [R-AR]  Ernst,
Joni [R-IA]  Gardner,
Cory [R-CO]  Manchin,
Joe [D-WV]  Menéndez,
Robert “Bob” [D-NJ]

You need to write your Senator, if he is not on this list. Don't know who they are? Use this link https://www.senate.gov/senators/index.htm
You can follow the progress of the bill here  https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/116/s9
