Seems to make sense, opening day is early this year at March 28th. A draft late next week would give us time to absorb our lineups and look to make adjustments
I would suggest getting the league opened up in case people would want to set draft preferences.

Is anyone opposed to a Monday draft? That gives us the weekend to pick, and the Mariners and A's play in Japan on the 20th and 21st so I don't want anyone to miss out on those points if they draft someone. Any nays?

League still lists all 12. You may need to remove the two before the draft so they do not get set up, but maybe if they don't join then they don't get drafted

I've only been in 4 of 5 seasons. Won it all in 2017 with a record of 18-3.
Overall record of 49-31-1 for a .605 winning percentage.
That includes my first 2 seasons of 8-11 & 10-9
Can't wait for this season!
I've had a solid 5 seasons, but last year was the first one I took the crown.

Hey stogiedad, you haven't sent the first half prize yet, have you? I've been away from home on vacation and business so I haven't been home to check my mail, but I didn't get a notification either so I'm just checking.
No I still have I one or two to come in to complete the package, so it may be just a bit.
I feel like this season flew by! And its a lot closer this year since StogieDad didn't run away with it early. A three way tie in the East is going to make things very interesting through this week. Fingers crossed!

Pitching was my big downfall this year, struggled to get 12 starts each week
I feel lucky more than anything. I've had some great pitchers, but really the difference has been some great opponents just having an off week at the right times...
I'll just sit back here an ponder why I am the Clippers of fantasy baseball. :whistle:

The toughest part about the Championship game is once teams start clinching, they start resting players and mixing up rotations. Makes the last two weeks very challenging. I remember last year Kerry and I were swapping out pitchers no one had ever heard of and dropping star players because they weren't playing the last game or two. It gets really crazy!
