What seems to be the best pic resizer that anyone on here uses? The one I am currently using makes the pics really "grainy" and they look like !@#$. Unless it's user error which is very possible

I use the one mentioned here:

I use "Photo and Pic Resizer" from the GoogleApp store for my phone. It's free and works well enough for me.Screenshot_20230419-141035_copy_465x1033.png
