How cool would it be if we had a poker game in the arcade where I could actually verse you guys!
I beat the Texas holdem then got board. :snoring:
Beating the high score is great but just the computer alone, I started feeling :crazy:

I'm a big Texas Hold'em fan myself.  Believe me, i've looked around for some free or inexpensive ones to hook into the site, but they are all pretty expensive.  I'd love to have it on the site though.

I love Texas Hold'em.
Are they expensive as a one time fee or is the fee on a monthly or yearly basis? If it was a one time fee perhaps we could get enough people
involved to donate the fee?

The only ones I could find are services you subscribe to on a montly basis.  It runs on their servers, they do everything, and just looks like it is on your site.  It was 100s per month.

Wow thats pricey. Guess I'll have to stick to P.S. and X-Box for now.

I'll shoot them an email and see what they had to pay to get that one, cause I'm 100% positive those guys make zero money from that site. I'm also 100% positive that the owner wouldn't pay anything to have the texas hold'em option there.

Have you played it much?  Is it decent and how well does it work?

Works well, 10 people in the room chatting can provide some lag but its still a solid game.

I love a good game of Hold 'Em! If we were able to play here I'd never get anything done!

There is a membership fee that is paid when you use vbulletin as your webmaster. Included in that fee is the access to the texas hold em casino game and the rest of their arcade, and that's the only fee they pay.

I dont know how much it would cost to add texas hold em to the arcade, but I'd love to be on there too when the day comes that CG can pick it up. Having the live chat is a blast too!

I must be missing something.  I was doing well, had 15,950 points, and all of a sudden the game said "Thanks for playing.  Your score has been posted."  WTF?  Is it on a time limit or something?
