Nevertheless--no pun intended--I got 6 of these here little fellas. Can't read the label, but I'm a little over halfway done with one and I feel a little tipsy.
Thanks, Les. This one seems a little stronger tasting--a bit more licorice and less flowery. Oh, and thanks for the Korean plasticware. Judy liked it.
Almost finished with the one bottle and it's REALLY tasting like Ouzo.
That soju is called "Chum Churum", which is Korean for "like the first time". It's a fairly new brand that is making great strides in the marketplace, in part due to thier hot spokesmodel and K-Pop singing star Lee Hyo Ri...you may have seen her picture on the package. If not, here she is below:

It's typically 20-25% but some brands are a bit higher. It's sort of the Korean answer to sake...or Mad Dog 20/20 for the cheaper versions.

That's pretty close...I'd narrow it down to 18-21% depending on the brand.
