Well, my order came in today, and this retailer goes above and beyond the standard protocol of great customer service. Not only do I get the cigars (which were boxed really well with a humidipak at no extra charge), but they sent me a nice quality baseball cap and included a personal hand-written letter from the manager of the store thanking me for my business! THAT is the kind of attention I like to get as a customer. :bigthumbs:
I have never done business with Smoke Inn before, but you can be sure that I will again in the future! Check out their deals and support them, too. We need more cigar merchants to treat us like kings!
Very good to hear there is still customer service oriented companies like this out there. I will definitely take a look at their offerings from now on.

Good one! I just oredered from them myself yesterday and sent an email requesting a delay on the delivery. Got an answer right way...no problem will deliver when I want. Good service.
