- Wescat (Kevin) puts together the "Liberty" orders each year. This year he took a chance on a "noob" getting in the mix. He put together this years program with a lot of behind the scenes efforts and then gave out instructions that were easy to follow and efficient. Biggest thing for me - I had some information I wanted to discuss with him personally - so he took my phone call without any hesitations or delays. I showed him as a "Bomber" because I did not see an appropriate category to select.
